Account & data deletion
To request deletion of your Architectural AI guest account, uploaded photos, generated designs and associated app data, use the form above. Include the account ID shown in Profile > Contact Us and a reply email so we can verify and handle your request. The app does not require an email-based login. You can also delete your account in Profile or delete individual designs in the app. You may request deletion of particular data without deleting your account. Deleting app data does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions in your store account. Purchase records held by the stores and records that must be retained for legal obligations remain subject to their applicable retention requirements.
